Updates on some properties
December 7th, 2006 by KenricI decided to take the cash offer on my second lot in St. George. Some readers ran the numbers and they pretty much concluded that money wise both offers were equal after 3 years.
The first lot sale is going smoothly so far.
My parent’s tenants and I have come to an agreement to purchase the rental home they at a fair price. I am waiting for the paper offer. In the meantime we are looking for a property to 1031 in to.
