Tucson fixer upper day #4-5

I had two contractors bid the house. One came in with a rough estimate and said he’d get me more accurate, hopefully lower, numbers today but he did not call. The second one said that the project was too large for him to handle at this point because he had a couple other jobs.
I told the electrician to go ahead and fix the fuse box.

Could you share with us how much you paid for the house, what you expect to put into it and what you expect to sell for?
You have brass balls to flip a house in this market. Hopefully you got a really great deal on the purchase. Good Luck!

Hi Hungry,
I put some details in my most recent post.
I looked at this deal and saw a decent spread and its low cost. I’m not too worried about this one. We have no holding costs or borrowed money. It’s also going to be the cheapest in the area.
