Time to make some online money again!
February 12th, 2007 by KenricOf course there are some people who think it’s wrong to buy something and sell it for more money. Just like the Elmos, if you really really wanted to go to a certain baseball game, you would do the research, find out when the tickets go on sale, wait in line or wait online and buy the tickets.
I’m hoping that the Bears make it to the Superbowl again next year. The Superbowl is in Glendale, Arizona next year and in preparation for that I am entering the drawing for Superbowl tickets here. You have to plan ahead to get the goods. If I’m lucky enough to get tickets, I think that I’ll go to the game no matter who ends up making it.
I would say I consistently average $1,500 for 4 hours of work on one day. It’s not as easy as just buying any ticket and hoping it sells on Ebay for more. There are certain teams, certain games that sell at 4-5X face value all the time. This year, MLB is making you register before you can buy tickets. It’s another step to keep people from buying too many tickets on the first day.
I’m debating whether or not I should post exactly how to do this. There’s already alot of competition at this and I doubt letting a few more people know would make things more difficult. The reason I’m thinking about posting this is because as I read the PF blogs that seem to struggle to save a few dollars, this is a chance for the savers to boost their savings by at least $1,000 in a single day.
So what I’m thinking of doing is sharing this information with one fellow blogger. In return I’d like to hear what their results were and have them post what they did on their blog with some props for me.
Update: Here’s my idea. If this interests you and you’d like to try what I’m going to do, please comment to this post. At the end of the day, I’ll randomly choose a commenter and email him/her. All you need is a credit card with at least $500 available and an Ebay account that has decent postive feedback.
Disclaimer: Here in Arizona, it’s legal to scalp tickets. Please make sure that what you’re doing is legal in your place of residence.

Count me in.
