The year is off to a good start!

Thanks to Google for going up $20 on the first trading day of the year. Well since its 2006 I suppose its time to get my ass in gear. My goals are to sell my 2 lots and my 2 condos. I will 1031 them into a commercial property where I will attempt to open up a restaurant on it. That will take up most of my time during the first half of the year. My non-financial goal is to really hit the gym. I have a Hawaii vacation in April that I need to get ready for.
