St. George Lot SOLD!!!
November 22nd, 2006 by KenricThe buyers have accepted my counter. Escrow has been opened. The deal isn’t completely done. They have to do a perc test on the lot to make sure a septic tank can be installed on it. I don’t forsee a problem with the test at all. However, they can always use it as a “weasel” clause. Closing should be in late December!
