St. George Land has closed
December 1st, 2005 by KenricI wired the funds to the title company today and will officially own the St. George land tomorrow. Of course, it will officially be for sale tomorrow also at a higher price!

where is your lot in St George?
I decided to bail on 2 of my lots in Hurricane. the inventory has quadrupled in the past 12 months in that area and I got cold feet.

My lot is 8 miles east of Hurricane in Apple Valley directly south of Zion National Park.
I’ve seen the number of listings out there in Hurricane and St. George.
Things have slowed to a halt out there.
