SFH#1 update… no news is ??? news

My realtor doesn’t have a good feeling about SFH#1. I don’t either. I put about a 75% chance in closing for this house.

I turned on the gas last Wednesday and I was able to turn on the water heater. However I couldn’t get the furnace to kick in, I think it was because my house was 93 degrees inside and that the thermostat went up to 95 only. I wasn’t able to get into the attic to check it. The appraisal was also done on Wednesday.

My realtor called the buyer that the gas has been turned on so they can come back and inspection the furnace and water heater. During the call he was asking about potential renters that I had for the house. He wanted a list of them. This was an odd question because I thought the deal was that he was going to rent this house to his friend. Maybe that agreement fell through? I guess we’ll just wait and see what happens, closing date is July 5th.
