SFH#1 slowly moving along
June 14th, 2006 by KenricThe buyer’s realtor called today and asked for the seller’s disclosure forms. My realtor faxed them to him and they were faxed back to her signed. It’s always a good sign when the buyers are still going through the purchasing steps. This makes me more confident that a closing will actually occur.
I’m in California for the week and here in Orange County I’ve been looking at some listings in my friend’s neighborhood. I don’t get why realtors here still use the “accepting offers between $730,000 and $749,000.” Does anyone really offer anything above $730,000 when you offer a price range?
