SFH #1 is on the market

Last Monday, the day after the Richdad Meeting, I put SFH#1 on the market. I’ve had 4 showings and 2 offers. Unfortunately again, I won’t put any real information about this transaction up until it has closed. All I can say is that I am suprised at how fast I got offers and at how much they were for, I mean this is Phoenix the slow market right?
