Otherwise, I'd plan to hold them for 5 to 10 years. Undeveloped raw land is a very slow seller in the real estate world. It's entirely possible that you will end up owning these lots for years and years and years. EBAY buyers are looking for bargains and I don't think a $100,000 acre is going to fall into that category. You'll save yourself some money by not putting these lots on eBay.
