My docs are signed
July 14th, 2006 by KenricI signed my seller docs at title today around noon. As of the time of my signing, the buyer’s loan docs had not arrived yet. As you know I never count my house sold until the money is in my account. If the buyer overnighted them yesterday and they arrive late today, it won’t be funded until Monday. If the buyer overnighted them today (I doubt they did Saturday delivery) and it arrives early Monday, it will still fund Monday. I guess worse case is that the docs arrive late Monday and it funds on Tuesday. With my luck the docs will never ever show up. In any case, Tuesday is D-day… theres nothing else past that day.
