My 2 condos and their tenants
June 21st, 2004 by KenricWhile waiting for my condos to close, I find out that one of the tenants is a drug addict, prostitute and was recently arrested. This cancelled her Section 8 aid and she has not paid rent for the past month. I tell my realtor that I will not close until she is evicted. I just hope she doesn’t wreck the place before she’s kicked out.
My other condo has a great tenant who is paying $755/mo in rent. This is $95 below the pro-forma. I will have to increase the rent ASAP.
