I really didn't know that it would make money, but I stuck adsense on my past posts and people were clicking them. The key is to have enough traffic and to have topics with will bring high dollar ads. I just happen to talk about real estate which seemed to have high pay per click amounts. The T-shirts were pretty easy. I just made them on my computer with a graphics program and sent it to a t-shirt shop to make. Nothing fancy there.
