Making money online – January 2007 results
January 31st, 2007 by KenricMy blog adsense revenue dropped dramatically this month. I think it’s because I also took the ads off the top banner. (Edit: put it back on a few days after this post) I also stopped adding adsense to every single post and sometimes I placed the smaller ads.
My other sites had great numbers. In fact, I had my first $10 day in mid-January. I seem to be converting at a very high rate. I’ve had 50% click through rates on some sites.
My Amazon sales stayed pretty steady.
Let’s get to the numbers: this month (last month)
- Revenue from this blog: $15 ($49)
- Revenue from other sites: $96 ($47)
- Revenue from Amazon sales: $20 ($14)
Total Revenue: $131 (110)
- Google Adwords expenses: $19 ($11)
- Hosting expenses: $5 ($5)
Total Profit: $112 (94)
