Lazy Sunday

I went over to SFH#1 to check up on it. Basically to make sure the inspector didn’t leave my AC running at 70 degrees and that all the doors and windows were locked. Everything was fine except one window was left unlocked. I turned the AC up from 87 to 94 to save some dollars now that it’s under contract. I went looking at houses today and most of them don’t have their AC even turned on. It sucks to walkthrough a house at 97 degrees, you don’t even want to go into all the rooms!
This weekend I visited about 15 open houses and 6 vacant homes. Some owners still have no clue about what the market is like. One owner actually said “I got an offer today but it’s not full price so I don’t know”. I’m putting in two offers on two of the homes I saw today, HO#1 and HO#2 (house offer #1 & #2). Both will be very low so we’ll see what happens.
