I move into one of the condos
August 1st, 2004 by KenricMy condos (#2 & #3) finally close on July 15, 2004. The bad tenant has been evicted. Since I didn’t have my own place yet in this new town (I’d been staying with a friend) I decide to move into Condo #2. This condo was a big change from my previous home. It’s a 2br 2ba 950sf condo, but the carpet is stained everywhere, the kitchen is old, bathrooms are in poor shape. I immediately went to Home Depot and ordered new carpet (berber $2/sf). I slept in my sleeping bag for 3 weeks waiting for the carpet to be installed. Once installed, I went to buy a bed and sofa. Not having a job means you go cheap! I bought an entire bedroom set for $280!
