Rents have dropped a little, but its still decent. These units still have alot of equity in them and good loans. I’m going to hang onto them as long as they cashflow.

Sounds like rents in SLC are deteriorating if both tenants moved. Are you going to hold these units for the long term?

Sounds like a fun trip! Have you thought about trying to hire a VA to log in various times during the day and process orders?
