Got an offer on SFH#1 today
May 7th, 2007 by KenricI put my SFH#1 on the market on Wednesday. I forgot to mention that here.
I got an offer on it today.
UPDATE: I countered and it was accepted! We are under contract again for the 3rd time.
If you are just tuning in and missed last years saga, here is what happened with SFH#1 last year:
- SFH#1 is on the market
- SFH#1 inspection
- SFH#1 trouble closing
- Buyer asks for extension
- Doc are at title
- Buyer asks for another extension
- SFH#1 Contract cancelled
- SFH#1 is put up for rent
- SFH#1 is under contract with a new buyer
- Not a good feeling about the buyers
- SFH#1 moving slowly
- SFH#1 almost closing day
- SFH#1 closing pushed back
- Buyers want an extension again!
- Buyer’s excuses
- SFH#1 contract fell through
I’m not going to post too much about SFH#1 until it closes this time. Don’t want to jinx the house again. Maybe the third time’s a charm.
BTW, SLC townhomes #1 and #2 are also up for sale. No activitiy on either of them yet.
