I think domaining is getting harder and harder. Google knows the average adsense page is giving very little back to searchers (no offence, I've explored the strategy myself) and so in the long-run it's going to try and weed them out completely, in my view. If so you're left with backlinks, and again google is going to clamp down on sites that link to adsense pages, so over time webmasters will probably remove that option too.
