Furnishing the Super Bowl Rental Condo
December 20th, 2007 by KenricI mentioned a week ago that my friend will be doing a Super Bowl Rental at his condo in Scottsdale. He has had the whole interiot and the carpets cleaned. It’s a blank slate now, waiting for furniture and accessories. It’s a one bedroom and one bath condo about 800sf. Furnishing it shouldn’t be too difficult.
Here’s a quick list of the big stuff we need to get:
- Pull out sleeper sofa
- Leather chair
- Coffee Table
- 42″ Plasma TV + wall mount
- 40″ round table with 4 chairs
- Queen bed
- Night stand
We’ll get to the smaller stuff next week.

The place has not been rented yet. We’re going to furnish it and then try to rent it out.

This condo was rented as a long term rental, so we are not doing any superbowl rentals.
