		<description>I am in the middle of a transaction with Best Bargain and am getting very discouraged. My young son ordered a book with a gift certificate through Barnes and Noble and has been anxiously awaiting a book or a reply now for over two weeks. I find it unacceptable that they will not give a refund for a book that they don&#039;t have. In this case, it&#039;s like stealing candy from babies. How does this seller get high ratings from B&amp;N? I should have gone with another seller.</description>

Not sure how they stay in business, because I wont buy from them again either.  Without repeat customers, how do you keep your revenues growing?</description>
