Contract cancelled on SFH#1

The buyer’s agent did not call me back so this morning I signed a release of escrow money form and sent it to the title company. As far as I’m concerned, the contract is cancelled. I’ve called APS and turned on the electric. Tomorrow I will go back and make sure all the pool and plants look good. The house will go back on the market tomorrow also.

I’ve never been so close to closing and had a sales fall through. I mean the docs were at the title company ready to be signed! I don’t know what happened to the buyer but maybe they got cold feet.

Anyway, I’ve got a couple backup plans for the home which may turn out to be better paths anyway.
