Condos #2 & #3 and Land #1 & #2 all for sale!
December 4th, 2005 by KenricLast week I put my two condos on the market. Today I got an offer for them. My friend went to a condo-conversion opening day sale yesterday and they sold out of all of them in under 3 hours. So much for the slow down in the Phoenix market. I’m not going to say much about the offer until everything has been resolved.
My St. George land has also been put on the market.
