Interesting choice. Once ebiz3 is up and running it will be fun to see how ebiz1 and ebiz3 compare...

which one will do better from the start? What is the difference? Should give you some great market analysis.

I will be curious to watch how well you expand into 10 or even 5 niche businesses. Every time I have seen someone try to do it, they end up with one good business and a number of others that just take up their time. It is tough getting more than a couple up and running. Especially if you are selling an actual product and not a digital download where you can automate the entire process (except spending your money!).

Good luck with it. I wish you lots of success.

Good call. Fun to watch how you grow and adapt as you become increasingly better at what you do.

Like that first income property you bought, where you run the numbers and think, "Wow, rent is $1000 and PITI is $950! That's $50 of cashflow!" Now you are talking about cap rates, repositioning properties, value plays, and preferred returns.

Good job, bro. Keep us updated.
