Utah townhomes have closed

I officially own 2 townhomes in Utah today. Both are unrented so it’s kinda stressful. I have hired a property management company in Utah to take care of the rentals. This is my first experience using a PM and I hope it goes well. They are charging me $80/mo and 20% initial fee.

Once they get rented, I’ll post my numbers on here.
