Tomorrow is moving day

My new tenant moves into my home on Tuesday so tomorrow is the big move day. I’ve rented a truck from Budget and hope to move in one drive. I’m only moving 12 miles away, but it’s going to be 110 degrees so I don’t want to spend the day lifting furniture and driving back and forth.
What’s sort of ironic is that tomorrow I will become a renter. I never thought that I would ever rent again, but with rent costing $900/mo less than owning SFH#2 it actually makes sense. SFH#2 is going to be negative $300/mo as an investment, but my rent is $900/mo less than my mortgage payment at SFH#2, so I actually come out +$600/mo. I’m thinking that I can even lower that by finding an even smaller for $200 less a month. Then I’ll be +$800/mo. That’s alot of virtual cashflow that I can use to invest somewhere else or to pay down some mortgages.
