The Durango vacation rental home house

July 10th, 2007 by Kenric

I was very impressed and happy with the house we rented during our stay in Durango that I wanted to write a quick post about it and to show some pictures of it.

The owner Keith, who is a builder, built this home to live in.  Consequently, it is upgraded to the max and is nothing like the lower end homes that we were thinking about renting.  This house is listed on VRBO in as a Durango vacation rental home.

One thing that blogging has taught me that is priceless is the value of blogs for SEO and also the pure value of SEO.  In my opinion, many vacation rental home owners do not do enough to market their homes.  Keith has a great home and it really should be rented 100% of the time in the summer.  However, a mere ad on VRBO isn’t going to do it.  Hopefully this post will get him a little SEO love.

The house is a 2500 sf house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, steamshower, hot-tub, pool table and it sits on over 30 acres.
