Tenant or no tenant - Utah townhomes

I thought I had one of my Utah townhomes rented. I had been speaking with a potential tenant for about a week and we had agreed to a lowered rent of $925/mo. However, after a few days she decided to back out. So now I still have two unrented townhomes.

I try to get my places rented well before I close. I thought I had this deal completed and was happy even though I discounted the rent $150/mo.
