SFH#1 update…

We are past the 10 day inspection period and no problems thus far. I’ve had an inspector, termite guy and appraiser come through the house during the past week.

The inspection revealed very minor things which I fixed before he left and a few things that I’ve asked the builder to come back and fix. The house is still under the builder one year warranty. SFH#1 is pictured on the left.
