Houston Apartment #2 Update
April 23rd, 2008 by KenricI guess it was about time for an update on Apartment #2. Since the last update our 5% additional financing fell through, but we were able to find an investment group that wanted a piece of the apartment building. As of today we have a closing date at the end of April and an option to extend it to May. The investment group is raising about $1.7 million I believe but they are still a few hundred thousand short.
With all that said, we are still very confident that this deal will go through. The apartment building has been performing very well in the past months since it has been under contract.
