General Update

I can say that I’m 99% sure that Apartment #2 is going to close in May. We are about $200,000 short of the $2,750,000 we needed. Looking at the sheer numbers, its actually pretty amazing that we have $2,500,000 committed into an apartment complex when everyone is saying to stay away from real estate.
I should have the Apartment #1 update next week.
Ebiz Updates
It’s a slow sales month for Ebiz1. Numbers are down although traffic is the same. My search engine rankings have dropped out of the top 100.
I’m going to shut down Ebiz2. I’ve been running adwords and traffic is climbing but I haven’t had much luck in getting customers to add anything into the cart. All is not wasted though. I’m keeping the site bones and all I need to do is find a new product and get a new domain name and a new business is born! I guess I have to delay my new car purchase.
I went with Volusion on Ebiz3. Volusion software is very powerful. I have so many options now and I still don’t have the site up and running yet. I’m trying to brand this site so I have a graphic designer doing a logo and I’m making custom product pictures and descriptions.
Real Estate
I think I have a tenant leaving in one of my SLC townhomes this month. I need to call my PM. This tenant keeps giving 30 day notices and then asking if they can stay longer. In my Condo#1 I have a new tenant moving in on June 17th. The lease runs out at SFH#2 but the tenants want to stay month to month.
