Fast food snag

Here’s an update on my future fast food restaurant that I talked about here. Our property has hit a little snag. The city says that they will not support the rezoning of the property to commercial. Instead of going through a potential one year zoning battle and then a six month conditional use permit, we are going to change locations and search for a new property.
