Kitchen is done. That outlet above the sink is odd. The guess the microwave used to be there. We should move it into the cabinet above the stove.

The contractor called and says that the house is all done. Now I just need the electricians to finish and hope that it passes inspection this time. Since the Rich Dad Get Together is this weekend, I won't have time to go down and see the house until next week. ...

Went down to Tucson to see how the fixer was coming along. The electrical did not pass the first inspection. The inspector wants us to upgrade the electrical to current code. The biggest cost of this is wiring the smoke detectors together so that when one goes off, the rest ...

The electrician has to drive a few grounding stakes to fix the fuse box. So I made the call to Blue Stake today to get the underground utilities marked. They should be out tomorrow to mark any utilities near where the stake is going.

I had two contractors bid the house. One came in with a rough estimate and said he'd get me more accurate, hopefully lower, numbers today but he did not call. The second one said that the project was too large for him to handle at this point ...
