Apartment #2 has been funded. We reached the goal of raising the $2.7 million. It is scheduled to close at the end of the month. We have locked in interest rates today at 6.15%.

Apartment Updates
I can say that I'm 99% sure that Apartment #2 is going to close in May. We are about $200,000 short of the $2,750,000 we needed. Looking at the sheer numbers, its actually pretty amazing that we have $2,500,000 committed into an apartment complex when everyone is saying to stay ...
