Buyer backed out of Tucson fixer upper
October 4th, 2007 by KenricOn the last day of their inspection period the buyers decided to cancel the contract. They cited that the roof needed work as an explanation however upon further discussion they said that it was because they couldn’t get anyone to come inspect it in time.
Luckily we had multiple offers on the home so I contacted the second best offer and they were still looking for a home. So the house is under contract again! This buyer really wants the house and has had a contractor go through it and estimate everything.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
