Bryant Gumbel still sucks on the NFL Network
December 29th, 2007 by KenricThe possibly historic (typing this before the game) Patriots vs. Giants game which was only supposed to be available on the NFL Network is being broadcast on 3 channels. Yes, the game is being broadcasted on CBS, NBC and the NFL Network. This may be the first time this has ever happened!
I was very happy at first because I thought that I would be able to choose the channel and get different broadcasters. But I quickly found out that all 3 channels are using the NFL Network feed which means that Bryant Gumbel is doing the play by play for them all. So after tonight, the entire country will have experienced a Bryant Gumbel broadcasted game. I can’t wait to see the traffic on my post now!
Update: Wow look at the traffic generated during the game!!! Look at the number of people searching for Bryant Gumbel sucking. The screen shot below is from 6:40pm to 8:56pm.

Bryant Gumbel sucks that is so obvious. The telecast from start to end is the worst quality I have ever seen. It is like high school or worse. Green faces, poor HD quality, playing music while the game runs……interesting how the CBS and NBC HD quality were good and they were getting the NFL feed. The NFL network needs to watch FOX ! And then go off of the air.

Oh, he really is just so bad and when they show him on TV. . .with his tweed jacket and holding his glasses just so. Blech. Chris Collinsworth won’t even look at him.
