Back from Sedona

I’m back from Sedona and decide not to exercise that option for the house. “Wink wink.”  I have to admit that these rent a huge higher end home vacations are great!  The house was in a perfect location where we could hike the trails directly from the backyard.  How can we top this?  How about rent an island for a week next time?

I have alot of catching up to do with my rents, mortgages, taxes, work in the next few days.

The Tucson fixer upper failed its electrical inspection on Friday.  I have to get the electrician back out there.  I’m still waiting for a copy of the report so I know exactly why it failed.

My parents rental home closed last week and the 1031 clock has already ticked away 6 days!  39 days left.  I’ve got to get on this!  Man, 45 days is such a short time to find a property.

I hope to have some time to write about the status results from my past posts in the next few days.  Thanks for being patient.
