Back at SFH#1
July 23rd, 2006 by KenricOver the weekend I moved back to SFH#1. I think I picked the hottest days of the year to move. In Phoenix the temperature hit 120 on Friday. You know it’s hot outside when you step into a garage and think that it’s nice and cool only to look at the thermometer and see that it’s 102 in the garage!
I saw a fast food business for sale on bizbuysell.com. This business is pretty close to the restaurant that I wanted to start and it is selling for a very cheap price. In fact, the price alone is significantly less than the cost of just the equipment. I’m going to call the broker tomorrow and get some more information.

make sure you run the numbers by a CPA. most franchisees sell coz they’re lossing money.

I’m pretty sure that they are losing money at the price they are selling for. I’m hoping that I can get it for free.

Let me clarify, what I meant is that I’m pretty sure their cashflow is negative. What I’m more interested in is the FFE and the build out of the place than the its actual operating numbers.
