It's 10:30am and the buyer didn't show up at 8am like he said. The earnest money is being wired into my account as I type.
Update: The earnest money is in my bank account! Some how it doesn't seem like enough for the troubles, next time I'm asking for more earnest ...

Not sure what's going on, but I didn't get an extension to sign from the buyer today. The house is officially out of contract as their first extension expired yesterday. The buyer's agent is also hard to get a hold of. There are too many fishy things going on here ...
