I got offers which I accepted on both of my condos #2 and #3 for sale. I'm not going to post any numbers until everything is done. I just have to hope that inspection and financing go through... but I'm not holding my breath.

My realtor told me today that the number of active listings in Phoenix is now 31,000. The number actually went down from 32,000! This is the first time that active listings have gone down since late fall of 2005. I hope this is a sign that the market is going ...

I have to vent this because these freakin' realtors just have no clue sometimes. I have two condos on the market with tenants and both are on lockboxes. Well I get a call from each tenant this weekend because some idiot realtors aren't reading the listing and are just incompetent. ...
