Not many hits on my land for sale. I think it's the holiday season and don't expect too many inquiries until January.
The condos are getting decent action but no offers since that first set a few weeks ago.

Monday morning my shares of Ebay were gone. The call was exercised so they sold at $45.00. Since I received $1.05 per share for the option, I really sold them at $46.05 per share which is pretty good.
I'm hoping to get some google with the money but it just keeps ...

Well EBAY closed at $45.94 today. I thought that my call would automatically be exercised because it was in the money. Who ever bought my option could have theoretically exercised and bought 500 shares at $45.00 and resold at $45.94 and made $470.00 instantly...
But my account still had my shares ...

I countered the offer for the condos but the buyers did not want to come up in price. I think they may have been just sending out a bunch of low offers in hopes that someone would accept them.
My St. George land has been on the market for a week ...

Well, it's been a rollercoaster with my covered call. Ebay went up to 47 and I would have had to sell my shares at 45 or buy the call back for $2/sh resulting in a loss of $500. However, it seems like Ebay has come back down, it can't seem ...

I wired the funds to the title company today and will officially own the St. George land tomorrow. Of course, it will officially be for sale tomorrow also at a higher price!
