Lowered the rent
Tuesday, September 20th, 2005After another week I decided to lower the rent on them down to $995 from $1075. Been getting alot of leads, just no renters. I've decided to advertise on Rent.com. It has brought me alot of leads. Rent.com charges $375 if your tenant signs a lease due to your ad.
