		<description>I agree with qbrain. I have read numerous books and other publications on checking potential tenants&#039; credit scores, and I haven&#039;t found anything. Everyone just recommends that you do it. How do you check credit scores? I ended up just having my tenant sign saying that they allow me to check it. I figured anything negative might have come out then. The big picture is very interesting, but when you&#039;re completely green (and trying not to appear that way with tenants), it&#039;s the actual details and implementation that is helpful.

		<description>Remember when you were first starting out, how hard it was to find details on things like screening tenants?  Detail like is very valuable, and if you structure your posts such that the big picture is covered first, and the nit picky details are covered last, then you don&#039;t have to worry about loosing readership.</description>
