Another Single Family House #1 update
May 17th, 2007 by KenricIn my previous update posts, I wrote about how I gauge the progress on a sale. Tuesday night at midnight was the passing of milestone #3. The inspection period ended. However, I still feel uneasy because the buyer never submitted to me any inspection results or requests.
- Contract is signed
- Earnest money received
- Inspection period complete
- Loan documents created
- Buying signing
In fact, the inspection occurred at 7pm on Tuesday, 5 hours before the inspection deadline. I guess I should take it as a good sign that I haven’t heard a peep from the buyer. The appraiser came through yesterday and today is the termite inspection. So things seem to be moving along despite the non-communication.
