A computer with color printer is available for your use as well as wireless high speed internet if you bring your own laptop. Renting our home in central Phoenix to mature adults or family for the Superbowl. This is a perfect location for those wishing to enjoy downtown Phoenix as all hotel rooms downtown are sold out. We are located a few blocks west of Central between Camelback and Indian School, just a block from the Melrose vintage shopping district, 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, 10 minutes from Biltmore shopping, 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale and about 30 minutes to the stadium in Glendale. 1,200 sq ft house with 2 bedrooms, King size bed and Full size bed. New sheets, pillows, and bath towels will be provided. Large plasma TV and love seat sleeper in living room and TVs in each of the bedrooms. There is also a TV on the back patio. All TVs have expanded cable with Cinemax, including the outside TV. 7,500 sq ft corner lot (no adjoining neighbors on 3 sides) with carport, large back yard, gas grill and covered patio with chairs. The living room has large windows with French blinds looking out to 2 weeping willows in the front yard. A computer with color printer is available for your use as well as wireless internet if you bring your own laptop. The refrigerator will be stocked with plenty of food and beverages for your consumption. There is a coffee and espresso maker with plenty of coffee beans for the grinder. The washer, dryer and laundry supplies will be available for your convenience. This is our home and are offering a place for you to enjoy, relax and make your headquarters while here in Phoenix.
