The sale of SFH#1 is still moving forward... I think. We've had no communication between my realtor and the buyer's realtor.
The Tucson fixer upper still has no power. I think we've run into the inspector from hell. I'll post the whole story after it's been taken care of.

Remember when I made the post about appealing taxes? Well, I went to the county assessor site to check the status and I could not find my either of my appeals searching with the appeal number or the PIN. I go to the property search and look what it says!

I think that most people know that flourescent bulbs save energy costs because they produce the same amount of light as an incandescent bulb for about 25% the cost.
