Finally got confirmation that escrow has been opened for SFH#1. I called the gas company to turn on the gas. Let's hope this sale actually goes through!!
No word on my lowball offers yet. They both have until 5pm to respond.

So as of today escrow hasn't been opened. They claim they sent the funds to the title company on Tuesday so I'll have to call the title company on Monday to see what the deal is. This worries me and sounds fishy.

SFH#1 has opened escrow (I think) and the inspection is scheduled for tomorrow morning. I don't think they'll find anything wrong because the previous buyer had an inspection and I fixed even the little nit picky stuff.
