New Construction Townhomes #1 and #2

I see an ad on craiglist advertising brand new townhomes with mountain views in SLC, Utah. I do some research and call the person who placed the ad. He is the selling realtor for the subdivision. I decide to book a flight out there and take a look at the townhomes. The area looks nice and the numbers make sense so I decide to purchase two of them.

They are 3br 2.5ba 1400sf townhomes which are selling for $141,000. The projected rent is $1,000-$1,100. According to my calculations, they should cashflow about $150/mo with 100% financing.
