Kiyosaki finally got to me…
April 11th, 2003 by Kenric2003, I think the Kiyosaki books finally clicked, In April 2003 I put my car for sale. It sold at $32,500. I took $20,000 of that money and bought a pre-construction condo for $212,000. This condo will not be completed until December 2004.
In June, I put my house on the market for $350,000. I decided to sell and move my back in with my parents and formulate a plan. My house finally sold and I closed on it in December 2003. I left closing with a check for $100,000. This was my first six-figure check.
